Masdar Headquarters

Masdar Headquarters will be the world’s first positive-energy building, using sustainable design strategies and systems to produce more energy than it consumes. The Chicago architecture firm of Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill has been chosen to design this structure and it certainly looks impressive. Here’s hoping it gets built.
